Lisa Strogal is a Master Certified Coach, CEO and founding principal of Shadow Light Consulting Inc. With a long list of accomplishments, certifications and corporate experience behind her, Lisa has developed programs for leadership development and coaching curriculums leveraged in community, organizational, team and individual transformations.

In this episode, Lisa joins Cindy Thompson on A Resilience Project to shine a light on some of the significant life events, choices and discoveries that have led her to her resiliency practice today. Her story invites us to sit with a harder question: are we truly living in alignment with our life's purpose, or have we been quietly hiding from it?

Lisa speaks candidly about the courage it takes to stop hiding - from ourselves, from our purpose, and from the changes we know, deep down, that we need to make. Drawing on her work in leadership development and coaching, she reflects on how honesty with ourselves becomes the foundation for genuine resilience, and how alignment, not achievement, is often the real measure of a life well lived.
